my daughter is 18lbs would medium be a good size?
Answer: They will fit but it wont be snugged fit. I still put on a cloth water diaper overtop of it just in case.
Do they fit nicely under a baby girls one piece bathing suit?

What are the weight ranges for small and medium? My daughter is 19 lbs and we??ll be traveling for a cruise in 2.5 months.Not sure which size to order.
