I really like these diapers. For two babies, I’ve tried Huggies, Luvs, Babyganics, Target’s Up&Up, Andy Pandy, Pamper’s Pure, and probably a few others, as well as cloth diapers (Green Mountain Prefolds and Thirsties covers). We use cloth at home during the day and disposables at night or when we leave the house for convenience.

First, absorption, which is what a diaper is for anyway. I’d say these are on par with all other brands. I’ve never had a problem with diapers leaking pee, even after overnight wear. I currently use size 3 on my 4 month old, who still wakes at night to nurse. By AM, this diaper has absorbed a LOT of pee, but no leaks. I even accidentally ripped the outside cover of one with my fingernail while removing it, and no spill. (Don’t let the fact that it ripped deter you! More on that later)

For poops, I haven’t found a disposable diaper that can contain an “up the back” blowout. The cloth diapers contain it though (I think it’s the elastic waist). These are on par with other brands.

Fit: Fit is great. Baby is big and tall, and size 3 fits fine.

Softness: I’ve read reviews that say soft, and others that say rough. The inside is soft. not as cloth-like soft as some others, but still good. The outside, to me, has the texture of tissue paper–very smooth and soft, but not cloth-like.

Eco-friendlyness: This seems to be the best I’ve found. They still contain SAP, but everything else is Eco Friendly. As I mentioned earlier, I accidentally ripped one as I was removing it from baby one morning– I poked the cover too hard with a long fingernail as I was wrapping it up. At first I was irritated that a diaper would rip, but then I thought about it and actually LIKE that it ripped. How long is a diaper supposed to last, anyway? It just needs to work for the time it’s on baby, which for me is overnight, ~12 hours. A plastic filled diaper wouldn’t rip after one night, but it also wouldn’t decompose for decades. The fact that the cornstarch cover on one of theses diapers ripped after being soaked all night lets me know that it WILL start to break down and decompose.

Final note: I like that these have a simple design/pattern. I don’t need mickey mouse or winnie the pooh plastered all over my kid’s butt.

Summary: Great diapers with absorbency that matches conventional brands. Good fit, and great eco-friendly cred. Will be using these as are go-to disposables for the forseeable future.

So so so upset, something has happened to the quality since my last purchase. Our child has been in Naty??s since birth and is now 16 months old. We have always loved them and been so grateful for them and how gentle they are on sensitive skin. I just reordered my typical pack of 124count any instantly realized a difference. They are incredibly rough to the touch, are missing the green lines in the waist band to help with lining up the closures, AND today we had one on for 2hrs and not completely full of pee and it BUSTED!!!! My child has warn these in the pool in the past for an hour completely falling off and saturated and I??ve NEVER had one bust. I tend to believe I??ve received knock offs, but who knows…. guess I shall begin to research an alternative. So so so disappointed, I swore by these diapers

Customer Questions & Answers

Why is not shipping to my california address no more, size 3, 124 count?

According to my email from Amazon customer service “this item can no longer be shipped to California due to recent changes in State restrictions…” However they refuse to elaborate on what those restrictions might be, why any other size but the size three will still ship to CA and why which Amazon owns wi??

How do these fit? i have a tall and lean baby (21 lbs at 12 months). pampers and target brand usually fit well, huggies are too boxy.

My baby is the same body type. I love to target brand as well. I use the naty as an environmentally conscious alternative. I used size 3 and seemed snug, so I went for size 4 they fit ok on her as she is lean they once in a while leak a lil pee if she is in a funny position at the time. If she were bigger I do t think ??

Is the Naty company doing anything to improve the sticking power of the closure tabs at the waist?
Answer: They stick perfectly fine for me. So I’ve never had a complaint.

How could the diapers fit from 15-40 lbs? It seems like such a large range.
Answer: My daughter’s weight is 24 lbs, the diapers fit perfect, she does have chubby thighs, and the legs are also a great fit. I am not sure that these diapers would work much beyond 30lbs. I feel like I will have to go up in size in another couple months.
My daughter is 18 months old if that helps at all.

What is SAP
Answer: Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) for short. It’s water absorbing gel crystals.
